The biggest kryptonite in my quest to bite the bullet and go vegan is dessert. I love me some delicious, buttery cake and rich, creamy ice cream. Enter Gracias Madre’s FULLY VEGAN insanely delicious pineapple upside down cake with passion fruit sorbet. It’s the perfect dessert. It’s gorgeous and has some sort of fantastical salty caramelized undertone. It makes me so happy. Here’s a picture.
