Made myself some fresh cucumber hummus toast today. Nothing too perfect but possibly one of the most delicious tasting things I could make! Grateful for the abundance in my life – mini Persian cucumbers from Trader Joe’s, toasty bread, delicious hummus and lots of love. So easy to hanker for complicated meals that won’t satisfy nearly as easily as the clean, natural, fresh flavors of the Earth.
